The Back-To-School Market Opens Up As Suppliers Enter Legal Battle.
Wooldridges, WA`s biggest education supplier, its parent company Education Works Australia and associate companies in other States are seeking $15 million in damages from Corporate Express (majority owned by US giant Staples), claiming they suffered severe losses because of the late delivery of education supplies in the crucial back-to-school period last January.
